What is Sprazzi?

Sprazzi is a new place where you can easily search and book a premium photographer—not only to stylistically celebrate your special moments (travel, event, love story) but also to brilliantly curate your lifestyle (dating profile, creative headshot, look-book) on social media. Here are a few reasons why people love us:

How can I make a photoshoot request?

  • Select a city that you want to have a photoshoot here and choose your favorite photographer after reviewing available photographers’ portfolios and pricing. There is a photoshoot request form that you can fill out at the bottom of each photographer’s portfolio page.

  • You will hear from the Sprazzi team within 24 hours with the details including a custom payment link. You will receive a confirmation email including the detailed information (e.g. photographer’s contact info) after you complete checkout. Also, you will directly hear from the photographer a few days before the photoshoot date.

 

What are the photoshoot options?

  • Every premium photographer in our Sprazzi network has a unique style. You can select your favorite photographer that matches with your personal preference (portfolio and pricing). Price varies by photographer and duration of the photoshoot, and you can check pricing on each photographer's profile page and send a photoshoot request by filling out a form located at the bottom of each photographer’s portfolio page.

  • Choose a package between Express (1 hour: 50 original photos & 15 edited photos) and Classic (2 hours: 100 original photos & 30 edited photos). Photographer selects and sends original photos (50 pics per hour) to you, and you can pick your favorite photos (15 pics per hour) for editing.

 

I made a photoshoot request, but I haven’t heard back.

  • Sprazzi carefully reviews every appointment request that we receive, and we try our best to get back to you within 24 hours after you submit your original photoshoot request. However, there might be a slight delay due to time difference (we are based in NYC) and facilitating photographer’s schedule. Please reach out to hello@sprazzi.com if you don’t hear back from our team within 24 hours after you fill out the photoshoot request form.

 

I made a photoshoot request but haven’t completed my payment yet. How long will my original request be valid for?

  • We hold your photoshoot request spot without payment for up to 24 hours (as a grace period) after we share a direct custom payment link with you. Please note that your appointment will not be guaranteed if you did not complete your checkout, and you may lose your appointment slot due to other customers’ payment.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal, and your purchase will still be 100% refundable even after your checkout as long as you make a cancelation request at least a week before the original photoshoot date. You can send a cancelation request to hello@sprazzi.com.

 

How can I pay for the photoshoot?

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Please note that your photoshoot request will not be confirmed until you complete your checkout.

  • Your photoshoot will still be 100% refundable as long as you make a cancelation request at least a week before the original photoshoot date. Please double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot. You can also send your inquiry to hello@sprazzi.com.

 

Can I deposit a portion of the full photoshoot amount first and pay the rest by cash to photographer?

  • We require customer pays the full amount of the photoshoot in order to secure photographer’s schedule and avoid potential no-show. Your photoshoot will still be 100% refundable as long as you make a cancelation request at least a week before the original photoshoot date. Please double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot.

 

I have a confirmed photoshoot, but I haven’t heard from the photographer yet.

  • Photographer contacts customer a few days before the photoshoot date to confirm the details (e.g. meeting location, photoshoot concept, etc.). Please reach out to hello@sprazzi.com if you haven’t heard back from the photographer less than 72 hours before the photoshoot.

 

When is the latest timing that I can make a request for my desired future photoshoot?

  • You can make a photoshoot request as long as it is more than 48 hours before your desired photoshoot date. However, we strongly recommend you make a photoshoot request at least 2 weeks before your desired photoshoot date(s) so that we can help you make an appointment with your favorite photographer based on your ideal schedule. Your preferred photographer might not be available to accommodate your request with a short notice due to other photoshoot appointments.

 

Is there any difference in pricing based on the number of attendee(s) for the photoshoot?

  • As a rule of thumb, the pricing is the same for both an individual or a couple. Please note that there will be an additional $50 USD starting a 3rd person in the photoshoot. However, there are a few photographers who have exceptions with different pricing based on the number of attendees. We suggest you check all pricing information listed on each photographer’s page before you make a final decision.

 

I want to cancel the appointment.

  • You can cancel photo shoot up to 1 week before the appointment with no extra charge.

  • You can cancel photo shoot 24 hours - 1 week before the appointment for 50% of the full customer fee.

  • No cancellation request will be accepted less than 24 hours before the photoshoot, and you will be charged the full service fee. Please double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot.

 

I want to reschedule the appointment.

  • You can reschedule up to 1 week before the scheduled shoot with no extra charge.

  • You can reschedule 24 hours - 1 week before the scheduled shoot with a $30 USD change fee.

  • Reschedule request will be accepted only if initially chosen photographer or other available photographer is able to accommodate reschedule request within updated time availability. If Sprazzi photographers can’t accommodate the updated time availability, the reschedule request will be considered a cancellation.

  • No change request (time and location) will be accepted within 24 hours of photoshoot. Please double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot.

 

I am looking for a photoshoot longer than 2 hours (Classic). Do you offer a customized service?

Do you offer your service globally?

  • Yes, we currently provide our photoshoot service in Europe (Paris, London, Berlin, Copenhagen, Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, Prague, Barcelona, Iceland), Asia Pacific (Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Jeju, Busan, Jeonju, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Macau, Singapore, Phuket, Hawaii, Guam), North America (NYC, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Portland, Seattle, Toronto, Montreal), Central/South America (Cancun, Rio de Janeiro), Africa (Cape Town), and Oceania (Sydney, Melbourne). What if there is a language barrier between photographer and myself?

  • Our photographers speak English, but some of them might not be fluent. However, we guarantee that you will have no problems with communication that could hinder the quality of your photoshoot. Our photographers are interactive and friendly. Also, our customer service team is always here to help if you need any help with “lost in translation.” Please reach out to hello@sprazzi.com for any inquiries.

Tomorrow is the photoshoot date. Is there anything I need to prepare?

  • Just be yourself. Practice (perhaps) pretending there’s no camera—much like a model off-duty.

  • Communicate with the photographer for a quick final confirmation if you haven’t heard yet. Double check your meeting location and review any needed transportation methods on how to get to the meeting point. Make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early since your photoshoot starts on-time.

 

Can I share inspired photos with photographer before the photoshoot?

  • Yes, we encourage you to share any inspiring photos taken by the photographer. However, we kindly ask you to respect photographer’s signature artistic style and refrain from directly asking for a completely different style of the photos captured by other photographers.

 

PHOTOSHOOT


What should I wear for the photoshoot?

  • There’s no rule for what to wear for the photoshoot. However, we recommend customers avoid wearing from clothes with big prints or stripes. Also, it is always helpful to bring some accessories (e.g. hat, scarf, sunglasses) or props (e.g. bouquet) to spice up your look. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes (or at least bring an extra pair) as you will walk a lot during the photoshoot.

 

I am running late for the appointment.

  • If customer is late for the shoot, the delayed time will be counted as part of total photoshoot duration. Reach out to photographer directly with your estimated arrival time. Double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot. Make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early since your photoshoot starts on-time.

 

What if there is a rough weather condition on the photoshoot day?

  • Be sure to check weather conditions at least 72 hours before the shoot and notify your photographer if you need to reschedule or cancel. Sprazzi will not accept cancellation request due to last minute weather conditions or forecasts. Weather can be unpredictable throughout the day for the most time especially in some regions in Europe and US, so we recommend you keep the original photoshoot date. Rain often generates unique environments that you can’t mimic on clear days. Also, we can choose some indoor photoshoot locations. Please double-check our cancellation, reschedule, delay & no-show policy here before scheduling the photoshoot.

 

I want to move to different locations during the photoshoot.

  • All photoshoots are typically within walking distance of public locations. However, if you choose a location or activity that requires an extra fee, you are responsible for any additional fees (e.g. museums, cafes, transportation, Uber, etc.) for photographers.

  • It depends on the distance between photoshoot locations, but photographer recommends 1-2 photoshoot location(s) per hour.

  • Please note that travel time between locations will be counted as part of the photoshoot.

 

I want to change my clothes during the photoshoot.

  • You can change your clothes as many times as you want during the photoshoot. Photographer can suggest either public bathrooms or cafes. Please note that the time for you to change clothes will be counted as part of the shoot, and you may need to have to pay for using bathrooms in certain locations.

 

I'm at the meeting point on time, but my photographer hasn't arrived yet.

  • Please contact your photographer if you can't find him or her. If photographer is late for the shoot, customer has a right to ask for more time after the original schedule ends. Please send an email to hello@sprazzi.com for more information.

 

How many photos will be taken during the photoshoot?

  • There is no definite rule since every photographer has a different way to capture the best shots, but many photographers generally take at least 200-300 photos per hour during the photo session. Please note that photographer is responsible for selection of all photos to be shared, and you will receive 50 pre-selected untouched JPEG photos (per hour) through a Sprazzi custom link within 2 business days after the photoshoot.

 

This is my first time, and I'm worried that I might feel awkward in front of the camera.

  • Don't worry! Our photographers are professional and friendly. They can advise on poses and styling during the shoot for better results. You will look more natural than those people with selfie-sticks.

 

Do you offer other services (e.g. dress rental, hair & make-up, driving, event, etc.)?

  • We do not offer these services yet. Our customer service team or photographer might be able to recommend some local services depending on situations, but we are ultimately not responsible for facilitating these services.

 

POST-PHOTOSHOOT


When will I receive the original photos after the photoshoot?

  • Photographer is responsible for selection of all photos to be shared. Download at least 50 pre-selected untouched JPEG photos (per hour) through a Sprazzi custom link within 2 business days after the photoshoot. We do not provide customer with RAW files.

  • Pre-selected photos are web-friendly (file size: less than 1MB) so you can easily review, download and select favorites on mobile.

  • Please download the files as soon as possible since the custom link will be available for only 30 days, and the photos will be removed from the server after expiry date in order to secure privacy.

 

Why can I not receive entire original photos and have to pick only 50 photos (per hour)?

  • Sprazzi protects photographer’s rights as an artist and content-creator. Photographer selects 50 photos (per hour) although more images are taken during the photoshoot. In order to capture the best shots, photographer needs to continuously press his/her camera shutter (typically more than 200-300 images per hour), and it is inevitable to get undesirable images, no matter how talented he or she is. Sprazzi promises our photographer carefully selects the highest quality shots, and we request that customers respect and honor the artistry of their photographer—it is similar to a painter who doesn’t share drafts or sketches with a client.

 

Is there a deadline to choose my favorite photos for editing?

  • Customer needs to select the favorites within 7 days and send the file names to hello@sprazzi.com. Customer’s delayed selection without any pre-notice to photographer might result in failure or significant delay of the edited photos delivery timeline.

 

How much editing can I expect?

  • Please note that editing is limited to enhancing the quality of the photos (e.g. light exposure, color adjustment, etc.) using each photographer’s aesthetic. We suggest you review photographer’s portfolio to see if the photography style resonates with you since you are not able to share direct feedback before and during the editing process.

  • Photographers do not adjust face and body-shape or remove background objects as part of the editing process. You can request for further editing with an extra payment. Please reach out to hello@sprazzi.com for more information.

  • All editing requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the link with pre-selected original photos, and we don’t accept any delayed editing requests.

  • Photos cannot be revised after delivery by the photographer.

 

When can I receive my edited photos?

  • You will receive the chosen high-resolution edited photos (JPEG) through a Sprazzi custom link within 3 business days after you pick 15 favorite photos (per hour) for photographer to enhance the quality of the photos. We do not provide customer with RAW files.

  • Please download the files as soon as possible since the custom link will be available for only 30 days, and the photos will be removed from the server after expiry date in order to secure privacy.

 

Can I request for more edited images in addition to the regular service (15 pics per hour)?

  • You can request to have more images edited in addition to your original package (15 pics for Express; 30 pics for Classic) for extra $5 USD per image. Please note that the editing scope is limited to enhancing the quality of the photos (e.g. light exposure, color adjustment, etc.) using each photographer’s aesthetic. My custom link for the photos doesn't work anymore.

  • The link is available for 30 days for you to download. Please be sure to download the photos before expiry since the files will be removed from our server to secure your privacy.

 

Can I use the photos for a commercial purpose?

  • All copyrights ultimately belong to photographer, and customer purchases a license to use images for their personal usage. Customer needs photographer’s consent for any commercial usage of images.

 

Will Sprazzi use the photos on the marketing website or social media channels after the photoshoot?

  • We will be truly honored to feature your photos on our marketing channels with your permission. However, Sprazzi will never post your photos on our platforms without your verbal or written consent.

 

Do you have a photo book service?

  • Your stunning photos deserve to be remembered and memorialized beyond your social feed. We can customize a luxurious and modern-looking leather photo book (30 pages) for an additional $100 USD. We are committed to creating the highest quality record for your professionally edited photos. You don’t have to do anything. We will curate everything for you and deliver it to your door.
